Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic for one straightforward file that needs cleaning, formatting and simple checks. Choose Standard when files must be combined or restructured. Choose Premium for multi-source work, more detailed business rules, documentation and a handover. Send an anonymised sample if you are unsure.
What file formats do you accept?
I work primarily with Microsoft Excel and CSV files. Please contact me before ordering if your source is in another format.
Can you fix inaccurate or missing information?
I can standardise values using rules or reference data you provide, and I can flag missing values and anomalies. I will not invent or assume factual corrections when the correct value cannot be verified.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is an adjustment needed to align the delivery with the requirements agreed before work started. Additional files, new transformation rules, new outputs or a changed business requirement are additional scope.
Is my data confidential?
I will use your files only to complete the Fiverr order and keep project communication and file exchange on Fiverr. Please remove personal or sensitive information that is not necessary and only share data you are authorised to provide.
