What do you need from me to get started?
I just need you to provide your pre-edited vertical video files (up to 60 seconds each) in MP4 or MOV format. If you have specific colors or fonts you'd like me to use, you can drop those in the requirements box at checkout.
What does "pre-edited" mean?
It means the pacing, cuts, B-roll, and talking sections are already 100% finished. This gig focuses on adding dynamic captions to your completed edit. If you need your videos cut down or put together, I have a separate gig on my profile.
What is included in a revision?
One revision counts as a single, comprehensive round of feedback for the entire batch of videos in your order. You'll be able to review all your videos and provide feedback on all of them in one message so that I can make adjustments.
What happens if there is a mistake in the captions?
I hand-check everything multiple times, but if a typo does slip through, I will fix it immediately for free. This will not count against your included revisions.
What format will my files be delivered in?
You'll receive a high-quality MP4 video file for each video in your order. You'll also receive an SRT file for free for each video that you can upload to YouTube or TikTok to boost SEO.
What is "safe-zone formatting"?
Every major platform (Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube) overlays its own user interface, like a profile picture, a video description, or a like button - over your video. I'm guaranteeing that your captions will never be cut off or covered up.
