I provide you a high quality restaurant/bar/pub/cafe concept pencil and ink sketch for a basic fee (A package). If you need colored illustration please choose STANDARD package (B package). If you need detailed illustration please choose C package

All I need for illustration are an existing photo if you have it and floor plan drawing and reference images or brief describing your idea, link on Pinterest board or else.

Usually I start from the lines draft sketch to agree the perspective view and common proportions. After that I make changes if needed and add details, shades and colours.
