What is the DCMA 14-point assessment?
A set of 14 checks used to judge whether a schedule is built well: logic, constraints, float, durations, dates and progress. Each check has a pass threshold, such as no more than 5% of tasks without logic.
Which tools do you support?
MS Project (.mpp) natively. For Primavera P6, Smartsheet or others, send an Excel or CSV export with tasks, durations, predecessors, constraints and dates.
Do you need a baseline?
No. Without a baseline or status date, I run the checks that apply (logic, constraints, float, durations). Progress checks like BEI and missed tasks need a baseline and status date.
Will you change my schedule?
Only in Premium, and only after you approve the fix list. You get your original file untouched plus a repaired copy.
Is my data confidential?
Yes. Your files are used only for your review and are not shared or reused. I am happy to review and sign your NDA if needed.
Basic, Standard or Premium?
Basic for a quick quality check. Standard if you will fix the schedule yourself. Premium if you want me to fix it and show the before/after score.
