What information do you need to fix my bug?
To get started quickly, please provide a clear description of the issue, any error logs or screenshots, and access to the relevant code repository (GitHub/Bitbucket). If the bug occurs during a specific user flow, a short screen recording is incredibly helpful.
Can you fix bugs in any programming language?
I specialize in the technologies listed on my CV: Java (Spring Boot), Node.js (Express), React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular. I also handle database issues in SQL (MS SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB). If your stack is different, please message me first to see if I can assist.
What happens if the bug is more complex than one package allows?
The Basic package covers one standard bug. If your issue is a deep architectural flaw or a "chain" of multiple bugs, I will diagnose the situation and provide a custom offer that reflects the time needed to fix it properly.
Will you explain what went wrong?
Yes! I believe in long-term solutions. I will provide a brief explanation of the fix. For a more in-depth technical breakdown and tips on how to prevent the issue from recurring.
Do you offer an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)?
Absolutely. Many of my clients are working on proprietary enterprise software. I am happy to sign a standard NDA to ensure your source code and business logic remain strictly confidential.
Can you fix bugs on a live production server?
I prefer to fix and test bugs in a development or staging environment first to ensure no new issues are introduced. Once the fix is verified, I can assist with the deployment to your live server (AWS, Heroku, etc.).
What if the bug is impossible to fix?
In the rare event that a bug is caused by a third-party limitation that cannot be bypassed, I will provide a detailed report on why it’s happening and suggest a workaround. If I am unable to solve the logic error on my end, I offer a full refund.
