About me
I have over 15 years of experience in life sciences in the USA, Japan, and Bangladesh. I have published over 30 research articles in renowned international peer-reviewed journals, including Nature, Scientific Reports, PLOS One, and IJMS.
I did my PhD in medical sciences with a major in neurosciences. I continued my postdoctoral training in neuroscience. Currently, my major focus is computational drug discovery. I mostly use molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulation, and machine learning for the virtual screening and in silico prediction of the pathogenicity of protein mutations.
