What information will I need to provide?
You will complete an organizational questionnaire and provide relevant materials such as your mission and vision, current goals, programs, organizational background, and existing planning documents. The specific requirements will depend on your selected package.
Will you conduct stakeholder interviews, surveys, or a board retreat?
These Fiverr packages do not include extensive stakeholder research, surveys, focus groups, or facilitated retreats. If your organization needs a comprehensive planning process involving multiple stakeholder groups, please contact me before ordering to discuss the appropriate scope.
Can you work with a new or small nonprofit?
