I will develop a strategic grant proposal for your nonprofit
About this Gig
A grant proposal is not paperwork. It is your organization's case for investment.
Funders decide which organizations they trust, which programs show real need, and where their dollars can create meaningful impact. A strong mission alone is not enough. Your proposal must connect the need, strategy, outcomes, organizational capacity, and funding request into a compelling case.
That is the work I do.
I develop strategic grant proposals that translate your organization's vision and impact into language funders can understand and evaluate. Depending on your package, your engagement may include needs assessment, organizational narrative, objectives and methodology, measurable outcomes, evaluation, executive summary, budget development, and strategic review.
No recycled proposals. No generic templates. No promises of guaranteed funding.
Your organization is doing important work. Let's build a funding case that reflects its value.

FAQ
Do you guarantee that my grant will be funded?
No. Funding decisions are made solely by the funder. I focus on developing a strategically positioned, compelling proposal that clearly communicates your need, approach, capacity, outcomes, and case for investment.
Do you research grant opportunities for my organization?
Grant research is not included in this service. You should provide the specific funding opportunity, RFP, or application guidelines. You can secure funder research and prospecting separately.
What do you need from me to begin?
I will need the grant guidelines; information about your organization and program; your funding request; goals and outcomes; relevant data; budget information; and any existing materials that can inform the proposal.
Will my proposal be customized to my organization?
Absolutely. I do not use recycled proposals or fill-in-the-blank templates. I develop your proposal around your organization, program, funding opportunity, and the funder’s stated priorities.
Can you work with new or smaller nonprofits?
Yes. Organizational size does not determine whether you can make a strong funding case. You must, however, have enough credible information about your mission, program, leadership, need, intended outcomes, and capacity to support the proposal.
Is the proposed timeline definite?
The client's responses determine the timeline. Delays in receiving requested grant items may delay delivery.
