I will design an ai adoption and change management plan for your team

About this Gig
Your team has AI tools. They're barely using them.
You're not alone over 80% of companies report no measurable productivity gain from AI, and research consistently shows the bottleneck isn't the technology. It's people not knowing when, why, or how to use it in their actual work.
I'm a CX/UX strategist with over 10 years of experience studying how people really work not how workflows look on paper. I use that same research approach to find where AI fits in your team's day, and to build an adoption plan they'll actually follow.
What you'll get:
- A clear picture of where your team's time actually goes and which tasks AI can genuinely help with
- A prioritized adoption roadmap what to start with, what to skip, and in what order
- Practical guidance for the people who will resist, and the champions who will carry it
- Success measures so you know whether it's working
Best for CX, research, marketing, and operations teams who are non-technical and want AI to be useful rather than another tool nobody opens.
This is not implementation or engineering. This is the human side the part that determines whether any of it sticks.

FAQ
We already bought AI tools. Is it too late for this?
That's the most common starting point, and honestly the best time. Most teams buy first and figure out adoption later. I'll work with what you already have rather than recommending more purchases.
Do you implement or build anything?
No. I focus on the human side — which workflows to change, how to sequence rollout, how to get people to actually use what you've bought. If you need technical build, you'll want an engineer. Adoption is a different problem, and it's the one most teams underestimate.
Our team is skeptical about AI. Will this work?
Skepticism is data, not an obstacle. I'll help you understand what's driving it — fear about jobs, past tool fatigue, unclear value — and build a plan that addresses the real concern instead of steamrolling it.
What size team is it for?
Best fit is teams under 30 in a non-technical function. Smaller than 3 and a single session usually covers it. Much larger and you'd want a more involved engagement — message me and we can scope it.
