Each message was structured to feel natural, provide clear next steps, and guide patients toward confirming their appointments without confusion. As a result, the clinic significantly improved response time, reduced missed enquiries, and increased appointment bookings. Patients received immediate, clear communication, which improved trust and overall experience. The system now runs consistently, ensuring no enquiry is left unattended and allowing the team to focus more on patient care instead of manual follow-ups.
