Make your architectural model interactive with a Three.js and WebGL browser viewer from Verixa Studios.
Supply one optimized GLB/glTF model. Visitors can orbit, zoom and inspect the design directly in the browser.
Choose your scope:
- USD 650: orbit, zoom, reset and responsive controls
- USD 1250: Basic plus up to 5 layer toggles and 4 camera presets
- USD 2250: Standard plus 2 lighting presets and up to 8 information hotspots
All packages include viewer code, integration notes and one agreed standalone page or website embed. Layer controls require separately selectable objects in the supplied model.
We review the asset, agree browser and device targets, build an interaction preview, then refine controls within the listed revision rounds. Model size and texture complexity affect performance.
Our Courtyard Quarter, Atelier Workplace and Larch Pavilion samples show presentation approaches. This is an interactive model viewer; panorama tours and rendered videos are separate services.
New modelling, major repairs, AR/VR, multiplayer features and ongoing hosting are excluded.

Can users download a model displayed in a browser?
The browser must receive the model to display it. This is not a secure way to distribute a model that must remain inaccessible.
Can you create the building model too?
Yes, as a separately scoped modelling task after reviewing complete plans and elevations.
What do you need for layer controls?
The supplied GLB or glTF model must have separately selectable objects for the agreed layers or floors. We inspect the model before confirming compatibility and performance.
What is included in the handover?
The browser viewer code and integration notes for one agreed standalone page or embed. Editable 3D authoring files, new model creation, AR, VR and ongoing hosting are not included.
How does this differ from a 360 tour or a video?
A 3D viewer renders your supplied model in the browser so visitors can orbit and inspect it. A 360 tour looks around linked fixed panorama viewpoints. A video plays a predetermined sequence. These packages build the model viewer, not the other two deliverables.
What counts as a revision?
One consolidated feedback round refining the agreed interface, camera presets and controls. Replacing the model, adding features or changing the agreed interaction design requires an extra or custom offer. We confirm browser and device targets before work starts.
