Communication was not good. I repeated a request over 10x because she kept saying that she doesn’t see the issue. Once it was finally addressed, she continued to focus on debating the problem rather than resolving it. She also challenged me & said that I won’t be able to get a refund. Overall, her approach was unnecessarily complicated.

I didnt really understand what I wanted until I saw it. I made a number of changes that were all handled quickly and politely. I will be doing more of these. Can I request to work with Duminda again!?
