For this job I drive out to schools with a small team of other photographers, and we take pictures of every student at the school, working quickly and efficiently to collect very large amounts of company standard photos in only a few hours.

I was hired by families and music bands to record weddings and concert performances. This involved me being given information on the event, and the desired video of it, planning out my shoot, and working within the dynamic situation of the event itself to capture all of the footage necessary for what they desired. Then I edited that footage together, showed it to them, make small tweaks based on their feedback, and created a final draft of the video.

I worked as an assistant editor, under the command of the company's senior editor. I broke down raw footage of long interviews, collecting the parts most important to the client's requests, and sent those small parts to the senior editor so they could be arranged into part of the final product. Usually this product was an advertisement, but I was also able to work on documentary films.
