No. I build a tool or workflow that extracts data from documents and exports structured results. The goal is to help you process similar documents again, not manually type every file.
Can I use the tool myself after delivery?
Yes. Depending on the package, I can provide a private web upload tool, local runnable tool, deployment, source code, or setup instructions.
What is included in the Basic package?
Basic includes a small OCR batch tool for one document type with fixed fields, limited batch size, and Excel or CSV export.
Can I choose the fields to extract?
Yes. Custom extraction fields are included in the Standard and Premium packages. Basic uses fixed fields only.
Can you process hundreds or thousands of files?
Yes, but larger batches require proper queue processing, storage, error handling, and sometimes deployment. Please message me first for high-volume processing.
Can you integrate the OCR tool with my existing system?
Yes. API, database, Google Sheets, Drive, or existing app integration is available in the Premium package or through a custom offer.
Do you support handwritten documents?
Handwritten documents are more difficult and accuracy can vary. Please send sample files before ordering so I can check if the workflow is practical.
