Will the AI automatically send out replies without my approval?
By default, I set up the system to save the AI-generated responses as "Drafts" inside your Gmail or Outlook. This allows you or your team to quickly review the email and hit 'Send'. However, if you want 100% hands-free automation for generic FAQs, we can configure it to auto-send replies instantly.
Which email providers and platforms do you support?
I can automate almost any major email platform including Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft 365. I connect these to OpenAI using automation tools like Make.com or Zapier.
How secure is my data and my customers' email privacy?
Your data security is a top priority. The automation strictly processes incoming text to draft a response and does not store your emails on third-party servers. We use official API connections securely linked only to your private OpenAI account.
