Excel or Google Sheets?
This gig is for Excel on Windows, Mac or the web. Formula fixes work in all three. Macros need desktop Excel, because VBA doesn't run in Excel for the web. Google Sheets files are fine too, but macros there would be Apps Script instead of VBA.
Do you need my password or access to my computer?
No, never. Upload a copy of the file. If it has private data, delete it or replace it with sample values first, since I only need the structure and a few example rows. If a sheet is password-protected, send an unprotected copy.
Do you use AI?
Yes. AI tools help me draft and check formulas and macros, and every fix is tested on a copy of your file before you get it. You can ask me to explain any formula. If you don't want AI used on your order, say so before ordering.
What if the fix doesn't work?
Tell me what's still wrong and I'll fix it within your revisions. If I can't make it work, I'll cancel the order through Fiverr and you get a full refund.
What if my problem is bigger than one fix?
Send me a screenshot before ordering and I'll tell you which package fits. If something bigger turns up mid-order, I'll tell you and send a custom offer before doing any extra work. Nothing extra is charged without your OK.
Will I understand what you changed?
Yes. Each change gets a short plain-English note. Formulas stay editable, and macro code is commented line by line.
