What do you need from me to start?
Your lead source, required fields, 3 sample leads (or a webhook payload), your Google Sheet (or I can provide a template), and where alerts should go (Slack/Email/Google Chat, if available).
What exactly will this automation do?
It captures new leads from your source, cleans/standardizes fields, logs them into a Google Sheets “CRM,” and sends instant alerts. Standard+ adds dedupe and routing; Premium adds follow-ups, logging/dashboard, and an AI step.
What lead sources do you support?
Common sources include forms (Jotform/website forms), webhooks, and email-based intake. If your source isn’t listed, message me the app name + how leads arrive and I’ll confirm compatibility.
Will this work in real time?
Yes. Leads typically sync within seconds to a few minutes depending on the platform and plan limits.
How does deduplication work?
Standard+ deduplicates your records by client email and/or phone number. When a duplicate comes in, it updates the existing row instead of creating another entry.
What is routing? (Standard+)
Routing is how new leads are automatically assigned and notified so the right person/team handles them immediately. I can route based on simple rules (service, location, source, budget, etc.) or use round-robin to distribute leads evenly. The assigned owner is written to your Google Sheet.
What’s included in logging/dashboard? (Premium)
Premium adds an Activity Log tab that records what the automation did (created vs updated, dedupe match, assigned owner, alert sent, timestamps, and any errors). The Dashboard tab summarizes totals and breakdowns (leads by day/week, source, owner, status, etc.)
Do you need access to my accounts / how do you handle security?
I will build the workflow in my Zapier account and then provide the template for you to import into your account. You will need to login to the apps using your own credentials. If you have issues with this, I provide an extra service to help walk you through this.
What’s not included / what requires a custom quote?
This gig is scoped for lead intake automations into Google Sheets with alerts, plus dedupe/routing and optional follow-ups. Not included by default: custom private apps, deep API engineering, large multi-platform CRM builds, and web scraping. Need more functionality? Message me for a custom offer.
