This package covers diagnosis, a written findings report and a 30-minute consultation. Implementation, deployment and ongoing support are not included. Any follow-up work requires a separately agreed scope.
What counts as one issue?
One specific failure in a minimal reproducible example or one failing pipeline step. Multiple unrelated errors, a full codebase audit, new integrations and multi-system investigations need a separate scope. Please message me before ordering.
Do you need access to my systems?
Usually I can start with sanitized code, logs, error messages and reproduction steps. Never send passwords, API keys or personal data. If access is essential, we first agree on limited, temporary access through a secure process.
Can you guarantee the root cause will be found?
No. Results depend on the available evidence and reproducibility. I distinguish confirmed findings from hypotheses, document any limitations, and provide targeted next tests and a practical validation plan.
