I will develop a react native mobile app

About this gig
One codebase. Works on iPhone and Android. That's React Native.
I build mobile apps with React Native from simple 3-screen prototypes to full apps with auth, API integration, and push notifications. You get a single codebase that runs on both platforms, which means faster delivery and lower cost compared to building two separate native apps.
What I can build:
- Login and signup flows
- API-connected screens with real data
- Local storage and offline support
- Push notifications
- App store submission guidance (Premium)
I'll need your backend API details, or I can build that too, to check my Node.js gig if you need both sides.
Message me first so I can understand your screens and give you an accurate timeline.

FAQ
Will the app work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes. React Native produces one codebase that runs on both iOS and Android. You get both platforms without paying for two separate builds.
Do you also build the backend or just the mobile app?
I can do both. If you already have an API, I will connect the app to it. If you need a backend built from scratch, check my Node.js API gig, and we can bundle the work into a custom order.
Can you submit the app to the App Store and Google Play?
I will guide you through the submission process in the Premium package. The actual submission requires your Apple and Google developer accounts, which you will need to set up if you do not already have them. The accounts cost around 99 USD per year for Apple and 25 USD one-time for Google.
What do you need from me to start?
A description of the screens and features you need, any designs or wireframes if you have them, and your backend API details if one already exists. A rough idea is fine if you are still early in planning.
Will I get the source code?
Yes, always. The full source code is delivered with every package. No lock-in.
Can you add features to an existing React Native app?
Yes. Share the repo and describe what needs to be added. I will review it and give you an honest estimate before we start.
What is the difference between Basic and Standard for this gig?
Basic is for prototypes and demos with static or mock data. Standard connects to a real API, includes a login and signup flow, and stores data locally. If users need accounts or real data, choose Standard at minimum.
