We provide trademark registration services in various jurisdictions, including, but not limited to, the European Union, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Denmark, and the Benelux.

Our services begin with a comprehensive trademark search in the selected jurisdiction which allows us to find out if your trademark is confusingly similar to other registered trademarks. If a confusing similarity is found, we will evaluate the chance to register your trademark and will leave the final decision to you.

If you decide to proceed with your trademark application, we will identify the goods/services in relation to which you will use your trademark and prepare a draft application. After you review it, we will submit it and provide you with payment instructions on how to pay the governmental fees. The governmental fees depend from jurisdiction to jurisdiction and are not included in the price.

*The professional fee of USD 200 applies to US, EU, Australian, New Zealand, UK, Irish, Danish, and Benelux trademarks. Higher professional fees may apply to other jurisdictions. For example, the professional fee for filing Canadian applications is USD 260 per application.
