I design and configure professional Jotform systems that help businesses simplify bookings, inquiries, payments, agreements, referrals, and customer follow-ups. My work includes multi-page form design, conditional logic, calculated pricing, Square payment integration, automated email notifications, PDF document generation, field mapping, form testing, and workspace transfers. I have developed structured booking workflows that allow customers to select services, enter project details, view calculated totals, complete payments, receive confirmation emails, and generate agreement documents. I also troubleshoot broken calculations, payment configurations, notification settings, and document-mapping issues. I focus on creating secure, user-friendly forms that work properly across desktop and mobile devices while supporting a smooth customer experience and efficient internal workflow.
