Do I need a Power BI license to view the dashboard?
A free Power BI Desktop license is enough to open and view the .pbix file I deliver. To publish online and share with your team, you'll need Power BI Pro ($10/user/month from Microsoft). I can help you decide what's right.
What data sources can you connect to?
I can connect to Excel, CSV, SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL), Google Sheets, SharePoint, REST APIs, Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, and 100+ other sources. If you're unsure about yours, message me first.
Will my data be safe?
Absolutely. I treat client data as strictly confidential and can sign an NDA on request. For sensitive data, you can send anonymized or sample data and I'll build the model, then you apply it to real data on your end.
Can you fix or improve an existing Power BI report?
I offer rebuilds, audits, and optimization. Send me your .pbix file and a short note on what's not working, and I'll quote you. I also have a separate fix/debug gig for smaller jobs.
What if I don't like the first draft?
You get revisions included with every package (2 Basic / 4 Standard / unlimited Premium). I send a preview before final delivery so we can tweak colors, layout, or visuals together. Your satisfaction is the goal.
