FAQ
Which Unreal Engine versions do you support?
I primarily work with Unreal Engine 5, particularly UE 5.6.1. Please tell me your engine version before ordering so I can confirm compatibility.
Can you fix C++ bugs as well as Blueprints?
My standard packages focus on Blueprint debugging. I can assess C++ issues individually and provide a custom quote where appropriate.
What information do you need before I order?
Please provide your Unreal Engine version, a description of the issue, expected behaviour, screenshots or videos, and any relevant error messages.
Do I need to send my entire Unreal Engine project?
Not always. Some issues can be investigated using screenshots or relevant Blueprint files. More complex problems may require access to a copy of the project.
What if my bug is more complicated than expected?
I'll explain the findings and discuss any additional work before proceeding beyond the agreed scope. Significant additional work may require a custom offer.
