I sent very clear, very easy to follow instructions. The line art was not on the same level as the stuff that he has in his portfolio. Instead of making the changes, he became belligerent.

When he delivers poor art, he blames you for not giving him clear instructions. Even though wheat I gave him was an exact image to redraw exactly as it was. The guy simply cannot draw a straight line. Every line is wavy and uneven.

There is a bit of a language barrier, but they will fix anything they misunderstood. They also work really fast, which is awesome. The quality is just like the examples. I am very happy with how it all turned out.
