Basic: 30 minute consultation, company name and structure checklist, director/shareholder/PSC information checklist, and a written summary.
Standard: Basic plus post incorporation handover and a filing calendar.
Premium: Standard plus a bank application and HMRC setup roadmap, with a follow up call.
You personally verify your identity, submit the Companies House application, and pay the official £100 online incorporation fee directly. Registration approval, a bank account, tax registration and visa outcomes are never guaranteed. The £50 online confirmation statement fee is payable when due, outside these packages.

No. I provide planning and guidance. You complete identity verification and submit the application directly to Companies House, paying its fee yourself.
Are Companies House fees included?
No. The online incorporation fee is currently £100, paid directly to Companies House. The online confirmation statement fee is currently £50 when due. Check the official fee schedule before filing.
Will I receive a UK bank account or visa?
No. Banks make their own eligibility decisions, and UK incorporation does not give immigration permission. Premium includes a preparation checklist, not an application or approval guarantee.
