I have worked in professional kitchens for over 15 years, having decided to hang up my apron for health reasons, my love for food has not changed. I love creating recipes, for all different cuisines, as well as fusion foods. As I have worked (and owned) in professional kitchens, I can also cost these recipes and aim to work on having (where possible) 0 food waste. Or as close to as I can get.
