Core contributor to Air Agent — an AI-powered autonomous customer support platform delivering <500ms end-to-end response latency via LiveKit real-time streaming. Engineered backend microservices for authentication, dynamic pricing, real-time audio/video, and agent orchestration — serving concurrent user sessions in production. Built Hermes, an internal CRM and marketing automation system that consolidated lead tracking and reduced manual outreach effort for the sales team. Developed a proprietary analytics pipeline surfacing actionable lead-generation signals from raw behavioural data. Established service reliability standards and on-call runbooks across distributed services, cutting incident response time.
