What platforms do you manage?
I manage and create content for almost every social platform including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. If you have no idea which platform is best for your business, I can recommend social media platforms that are ideal based on your niche, location, and target audience.
Do you work with every industry?
Yes, I work with small businesses, start-ups, and global brands across almost every industry! However, I do not work with or promote products that may be harmful to health, accounts that promote hatred, racism, or sexism, or industries related to cryptocurrency, SaaS, or financial trading.
What if my brand/business don't have a social media presence yet?
No worries! I can set up and optimize social media accounts, but this comes at an additional cost. You can purchase this as an extra based on how many accounts you need me to set up and optimize. Simply select the number of accounts when placing your order.
Once the order is placed, what is the next step?
Once you place an order, you'll need to fill out a questionnaire to provide more details about your brand. Following that, I'll review your answers, gather all the information I need, and start working on your project. Then I'll send them to you for review. Once you approve, I'll start posting.
What do you need from me to start?
Your branding (logo, fonts, colors etc.) and access to your social accounts for scheduling.
Do I need to provide any content?
Not necessarily! If you have material to provide, that's a great place to start, but if not, I can create content from scratch using stock imagery or a mix of both. If you purchase a short video as an extra, please message me to discuss your needs, preferences, and provide any existing footage.
Does the package include Carousel Posts or Reels?
The Basic Package does not include any. The Standard Package includes 2 carousel posts or reels, while the Premium Package includes 4 carousel posts or reels. Please contact me before ordering to discuss your material.
Will I able to see the content before they are published?
Yes, this is how I work with all my clients. You will receive the content calendar before I post it. So, you can review them and ask for changes if needed. After you approve the content calendar, I will start posting.
Can I request a revision? How does it work?
Yes! Revisions are limited based on the package you choose. After receiving the first draft, you can provide feedback and ask a revision. A revision involves adjustments to the existing content, such as refining the tone, wording, structure, or minor design tweaks; not entirely new content.
Do you engage with followers? If yes, what does this involve?
Yes, if you add this as an extra when you're placing an order! I will engage with your followers by responding to their comments and direct messages.
