Do you need my password?
No. I only need collaborator or staff access to your store, so your password stays private.
How fast can you fix my store?
Most single issues are fixed within 1 day. Larger or multiple issues take 2-3 days depending on the package. If your store is losing sales right now, tell me when you order and I'll prioritize it.
Will my live store be affected while you work?
No. I work on a copy of your theme first and only publish changes after I've tested them on desktop and mobile.
What if you can’t fix the issue?
I'll tell you honestly before you spend more. If the issue is outside what I can fix, we can cancel the order.
Can you speed up my slow Shopify store?
Yes. The Standard and Premium packages include speed optimization, such as image compression, unused app cleanup and theme code improvements.
