What is included in this package?
One agreed Shrine or Shrine Pro activation issue on one Shopify store. I back up your theme, complete the approved repair, and check the homepage, a product page, and cart on desktop and mobile. You receive before-and-after screenshots and a short findings report.
Do I need a valid Shrine theme license?
Yes. You must have a valid license for the store being repaired. Theme license purchases are not included in the package. I provide legitimate activation troubleshooting and do not bypass licensing protections.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please send your store URL, a screenshot of the warning, and your theme version. I will review the issue and confirm whether this package fits. Vendor-controlled license or account problems may require Shrine support before a repair can proceed.
What access do you need to fix my store?
I normally request Shopify collaborator access with the permissions needed for the agreed repair. Please do not send your Shopify password, verification codes, or license key through Fiverr messages. I will guide you through any activation steps you need to complete yourself.
How long does the repair take?
The package has a two-day delivery time. Please contact me before ordering so we can confirm the scope and required access. If the issue depends on the theme vendor or requires more extensive work, I will explain that before you order.
What does the included revision cover?
One revision covers adjustments to the original agreed repair. A different issue, another store, a redesign, or problems caused by later theme or app changes require a separate assessment. The package does not include ongoing maintenance.
