What is a "module"?
One part of your business with its own data and screens, such as Clients, Orders or Inventory. We define the modules together before you order.
Do I own the code?
Yes. You get the full source code and admin access when the order is delivered.
Can you import my current data?
Yes, from Excel, CSV or Google Sheets. I import the data as it is. Cleaning messy or duplicated data is quoted separately.
Who pays for hosting and tools?
You do. Servers, domains, databases and third-party APIs are in your name, so you keep control. I'll recommend the cheapest setup for your case.
Can you fix an internal tool built with AI?
Send me access first. If it's worth fixing, I'll quote it. If it needs a rebuild, I'll tell you honestly and offer a cleaner version.
Is it 100% secure?
I follow security best practices (roles, secure logins, backups), but no one can honestly guarantee 100%. After delivery, server updates, user access and backups are your responsibility, or part of a monthly plan.
Who is responsible for the data?
You are. That includes legal compliance (privacy laws, consent) and what your team enters. I'm not responsible for data loss or leaks caused by access, servers or tools outside my control.
What do revisions cover?
Adjustments to the agreed modules, not new modules, integrations or features.
What if my project is bigger?
