Included with your order, are the rights to use this video for social media (including paid usage rights for 3 months).
How do you deliver the video?
I will upload a high quality, edited mp4 video file for you to use - ready to post. If you also require the raw footage, please message me as this will be a separate quote.
How do I get my product to you?
Once your order is placed, I'll send my shipping details upon order placement.
Can you film in different locations?
Yes, I can film in and around my home (which includes two home offices), garden and around local locations.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, of course! Please message me with details before you buy for a custom quote.
What is your revision policy?
Due to the time and cost of filming and editing, only one revision is offered. There is a fee for any additional revisions. I'm happy to correct any mistakes with the script I've made, however, if you've provided incorrect details which require a total reshoot, this will be charged.
