MY SERVICE DELIVERY/PROMISE:

• Transcription of any English audio or video with spoken word.  For example, speeches, interviews or lectures.

• High quality transcription in MS Word.
  
• Fast and accurate delivery.

In order for me to deliver a high quality transcription, the input MUST be of good quality, which I am sure you can appreciate!  So, please ensure that your recording is clear and has no background noises which make it difficult for me, the listener, to detect the words.


THE BASIC GIG:

• You will receive the straight transcript as per the recording.  I may take the liberty to do MINOR editing.  "Ums", "ahs" and other fillers will be eliminated.
• Applies to 10-minute recordings ONLY.
• Delivery within 4 days.

GIG EXTRAS:

Apply to add-on services:

1. Delivery within 72 hours
2. Recordings greater than 10 mins in length
   
3. Transcriptions which require time marks
   
4. Recordings with more than 2 speakers
