No. This gig provides digital CAD models, drawings, and documentation only. Physical prototypes, manufacturing, testing, and shipping are not included.
2. What do you need to start?
Please provide sketches, dimensions, reference images, existing CAD files, materials, manufacturing processes, and the expected project results.
3. Can you develop complex mechanical assemblies?
Yes. I can develop multi-part assemblies, machines, tools, fixtures, and industrial products. Complex projects require a custom offer.
4. Which file formats can you deliver?
I can provide STEP, PDF, DWG/DXF, STL, and native SolidWorks files, depending on the package and project requirements.
5. Do you work with materials other than metal?
Yes. I also work with plastic, injection-molded, sheet metal, machined, and 3D-printed components.
6. What counts as one technical drawing?
One technical drawing means one drawing sheet for one simple custom component. Additional sheets or complex parts may require an extra.
7. What counts as a revision?
A revision includes reasonable adjustments based on the original requirements. New components, major redesigns, or changes in project direction require a custom offer.
8. Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. I can review and sign a reasonable NDA before receiving confidential project information.
9. Can large projects be divided into stages?
Yes. Complex projects can be organized into milestones for development, CAD modeling, review, and final documentation.
10. Are calculations or simulations included?
No. Engineering calculations, simulations, and certified validation are only included when agreed separately through a custom offer.
