What file formats can you recreate?
I can rebuild files from PDF, AI, PSD, DOCX, PPTX, JPG, PNG, TIFF and other common formats. If you are unsure whether your file can be reconstructed, feel free to contact me before ordering.
Will the final file be fully editable?
Yes. You will receive a fully editable Adobe InDesign file, including an IDML version for compatibility with different InDesign versions and CAT tools (for translation workflows).
Can you prepare the file for translation?
Yes. I can structure paragraph and character styles properly to ensure smooth text extraction and reimport during localization workflows.
What if my document has complex elements (tables, forms, diagrams)?
Complex layouts, heavy tables, or technical elements may require a custom offer depending on the level of reconstruction needed. Please contact me before placing large or highly technical orders.
Do you provide print-ready files?
Yes. If required, I can prepare the final file with bleeds, crop marks, and preflight checks for professional printing.
What if my file is scanned or not text-selectable?
If your file is a scanned PDF or image-based document, it can still be recreated. However, since scanned files do not contain editable text, the layout must be manually rebuilt and the text may require retyping or OCR processing. Please contact me before placing an order if your file is scanned, as
Why to use IDML?
IDML will preserve the original design of the document and it is much easier to edit, comparing, for example to PDF or Word.
