Process Design & Engineering Develop and review process designs for oil and gas facilities, including separation, compression, dehydration, gas processing, bioenergy and water treatment systems. Prepare and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), heat and material balances, and process calculations. Perform equipment sizing and specification for separators, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, vessels, and pipelines. Support Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), detailed engineering, and project execution activities. Operations Support Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce operating costs. Troubleshoot process upsets and operational issues. Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and recommend corrective actions. Support facility startup, shutdown, commissioning, and performance testing activities. Process Optimization Identify bottlenecks and implement debottlenecking solutions. Optimize hydrocarbon recovery, energy consumption, and plant throughput. Analyze process data and recommend operational improvements. Participate in production optimization and asset integrity programs. Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and industry regulations. Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, LOPA, and risk assessment studies. Develop and maintain process safety documentation. Support Management of Change (MOC) processes and process safety management initiatives. Project Management & Collaboration Collaborate with operations, maintenance, instrumentation, mechanical, and project teams. Provide technical input for capital projects and facility modifications. Prepare technical reports, engineering studies, and project documentation. Support contractors and vendors during engineering and construction activities.
