About this gig

We will engage in an online counselling session. This Can take place over Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or WhatsApp. The Video part of the call is optional for individuals who do not want to use that.


The contents of the counselling session will depend on what issue the client wants to discuss. Whether they have anxiety, stress, family issues, personal issues, self-esteem issues, or just want to vent/talk to someone. The session will run for 60 minutes.


You can be assured of complete confidentiality as a part of my professional ethics standards as required of any counsellor. I am also registered with the ASCHP, which is a recognised professional body that oversees counsellors to the highest standards.
