FAQ
What exactly is included in the booking flow?
Standard includes one request flow for one business: service, preferred date/time and customer details, with a confirmation message. We agree on how you receive requests. Automatic slot allocation, payments, live calendar sync and complex availability need a custom offer.
What does the Premium client portal include?
Premium adds Supabase login and a small client area to view each customer's own reservations. We agree on the fields and screens first. Multiple roles, staff dashboards, payment history and full SaaS workflows require a custom offer.
Do I receive the source code and own the accounts?
Yes. Source code and deployment to your own hosting account are included. Your domain, hosting and Supabase accounts remain yours. Domain, hosting, database and third-party usage fees are separate; any paid service needs your approval.
What content or design do you need from me?
Send your logo, colours, final page text, approved images and references. I can implement an existing Figma design within the agreed scope. Copywriting, brand identity and premium stock assets are not included. Share your material before ordering so I can check it.
What does basic technical SEO include?
Standard and Premium include page titles, meta descriptions, clear headings and sitemap/robots configuration where appropriate. Keyword research, ongoing SEO campaigns and guaranteed search rankings are not included.
How do revisions and delivery work?
Basic includes 2 revision rounds; Standard and Premium include 3. Each round is one consolidated set of changes within the agreed scope. New pages or features need a scope review. Delivery is 7, 14 or 30 days; provide the required content and access at the start.
Can you add payments, APIs or advanced scheduling?
These need a scope review and a separate custom offer. Send API documentation and describe the users, actions, scheduling rules and data before ordering. Payments, calendar sync, complex availability and larger applications are outside the fixed packages.
