FAQ
What files do I need to provide to start the project?
Please provide high-resolution photos of your product from multiple angles, dimensions, and clear design references. If you have existing CAD files (STEP, IGES, or OBJ), sending them will dramatically accelerate the modeling accuracy and phase approval.
Can I change the product design or camera movements halfway through?
We use a strict milestone approval system. Once you approve the 3D model in Phase 1 and the camera animation preview in Phase 2, those specific elements are locked. Revisions requested in later phases that alter previously approved work will require an additional gig extra charge.
Do you provide the source files?
The raw, fully organized, and cleaned .BLEND source file is included automatically in the Premium package. For the Basic and Standard packages, the source file can be purchased separately as an optional gig extra.
Can you animate complex mechanical functions or liquid/fluid simulations?
Yes, engineering-grade exploded views and mechanical animations are fully supported in the Premium package. However, highly complex physics, cloth, or fluid simulations require custom pricing. Please message me before ordering to align on technical feasibility.
