I will need access to your QuickBooks Online account, bank and credit card statements for the period being cleaned up, and any notes about known issues or discrepancies. I will walk you through exactly how to share access safely.
How do I know which package is right for me?
It depends on how far behind your books are. If you are 1 month behind choose Basic, up to 6 months choose Standard, and up to 12 months choose Premium. Not sure? Message me and I will recommend the right fit.
Will you need my login credentials?
No. I will ask you to add me as an Accountant user in QuickBooks Online, which gives me the access I need without sharing your password.
What if I have more transactions than the package allows?
Purchase the Additional Account or Additional Entity extras at checkout, or message me first and I will build you a custom offer.
Do you work with software other than QuickBooks Online?
