BASIC - Backup Audit & Report: I audit your current backups (plugin, host or manual) - coverage, storage, restore-readiness - and deliver a plain-English PDF with a risk rating and recommended schedule. Read-only.
STANDARD - Full Backup Setup: automated backups of your database and all files, scheduled with sensible retention, first run integrity-verified, plus a restore test on a staging copy where available. Downloadable backups + setup summary.
PREMIUM (VPS) - VPS-Level Backup System: server-level backup scripts, an off-site copy to your own MEGA S4 / Exoscale / Hetzner account, server config + SSL captured, a guaranteed restore test in a throwaway container, and a handoff runbook.
What I need from you: WordPress admin access; for Premium, root/sudo SSH on your VPS and an account with an approved off-site provider (MEGA S4, Exoscale or Hetzner).

Do you test that the backup actually restores?
Yes on Standard and Premium (Basic is an audit only). Standard: a restore test on a staging copy where available. Premium: a guaranteed restore test in a throwaway environment - I don't sign off until it restores.
Which off-site providers? (Premium)

Will this slow my site down?
