About this gig

Your WordPress site moved and verified on the new host before any DNS change.

BASIC - Simple Site Transfer: same-domain host-to-host move - full backup, restore on the new host, wp-config and table prefix set, verified at a temporary address, with a handoff summary and your exact DNS steps.

STANDARD - Full Site Migration: complex sites - serialization-safe domain-change URL replacement, WooCommerce cutover with no lost orders, page-builder cache/CSS handled, and a before/after speed measurement.

PREMIUM - Migration to Your Own VPS: full LAMP setup, security hardening, free Let's Encrypt SSL, security-optimized permissions, the migration, and a handoff runbook.

Note: you make the DNS change yourself; I provide the exact records. Exception: if your DNS is on Cloudflare or Bunny.net, I can do the cutover for you.

Email/mailboxes aren't migrated arrange those first.

What I need from you: access to your current and new host (control panel or SFTP + database); for Premium, a VPS with root/sudo SSH and your SSH public key.

(spammers reported & blocked) I bring 20+ years of customer service, infrastructure and project management experience, including a decade at a leading American investment bank in Tokyo. I run my own multi-site stack on a self-managed VPS: Apache, MariaDB, PHP, Redis, Cloudflare, automated backups, and isolated dev/staging that mirrors production. I work on WordPress from the server side, not just the dashboard. I offer defined, fixed-scope packages — backups, migrations, speed optimization, and infrastructure reviews — each with clear deliverables and measured results.
