In my role with Stemcell Technologies I guided the development and implementation of new products with a special focus on instrumentation. During this time I set up thousands of raw materials, leading groups composed of members from manufacturing, R&D, finance, trade compliance, procurement, and marketing from their earliest designs through to the launch of new instruments composed of these materials. My responsibilities included frequent meetings with all levels of the business to monitor delays, finding solutions for these, working to resolve cross-departmental diƯiculties and ensuring the smooth flow of highly complex projects involving extremely demanding timelines and deadlines. Extensive documentation needed to be created and validated, as well as having a nuanced understanding of the vast data built up for these instruments and their components in SAP.

During my time with HSBC my roles focused primarily on the modernization of outdated bank processes to improve operational efficiency. I began on the fraud detection team where I eventually trained on all their various fraud prevention systems and tools, before moving on to an IT development team rolling out new global fraud detection systems. Following this I took a team supervisor job for the EFT operational team which balanced the transfer of funds via that system with other financial institutions. This team required dramatic modernization, which was the focus of my time with them.
