Can I order without messaging first?
Yes, for a clearly identified small issue covered by the package. Include the URL, screenshot and steps to reproduce it. If the site is down or the cause is unclear, message me first so you buy the right repair.
What access do you need?
Usually a temporary WordPress admin user. Server-related issues may need hosting or SFTP access. I will explain what is needed for your specific repair. Please use temporary or collaborator access and remove it after completion.
Do you fix WooCommerce issues too?
Yes, including agreed display, cart, checkout and plugin issues. A full store redesign, malware cleanup or new feature is separate from a small repair package.
