A stage can look impressive in a concept sketch, but event organizers need to see how the complete setup will come together inside the venue.
I create 3D stage lighting renders and event lighting plots in Vectorworks, the design can be built around the atmosphere you want to create, the visualization will include the surrounding production elements that shape the final setup:
There are two ways I can approach the project. If you need to present an idea to a client or event organizer, I can concentrate on the 3D stage lighting render and overall visual appearance. If the production team needs a drawing to work from, I can prepare a 2D party lighting plot showing fixture locations, truss positions and the stage arrangement.
This is a visual design and layout service. Photometric calculations, detailed rigging engineering, DMX console programming and on-site installation are separate unless specifically included in the project scope.
If you are planning a small private event or a full concert stage, the aim is to give you the setup before it reaches the venue.

Are the 3D render and lighting plot included together?
They can be included together, but the scope depends on the package. A visual render and a detailed technical lighting plot are different deliverables.
