I've designed IoT sensor nodes, gateways, data loggers, wearables, and industrial controllers using ESP32, STM32, and other ARM MCUs, following DFM and EMI/EMC-aware practices.

Can you design complete ESP32 / STM32 IoT hardware or only PCB layout?
Yes. I can do full ESP32 / STM32 hardware design (circuit, schematic, PCB layout and BOM) or only PCB layout from your existing schematic. Choose the package that fits, or send your files and I’ll recommend the best option.
Which IoT applications do you specialise in?
I work on smart home & building automation, industrial IoT, robotics, agri-tech, environmental monitoring, medical devices, wearables and consumer electronics like wireless mouse PCBs, keypads, trackers and audio gadgets, all based on ESP32 or STM32.
Do you support low-power, battery-based IoT designs?
Yes. I regularly design battery-powered ESP32/STM32 PCBs with efficient regulators, charging circuits and protection. I focus on low-power operation so your IoT device can run longer on battery or energy harvesting.
Can you integrate WiFi, Bluetooth (BLE) and other interfaces?
Yes. I can integrate WiFi/BLE using ESP32, and add interfaces like RS-485, CAN, I²C, SPI, UART, Ethernet, relays, displays and sensors as needed. I follow layout rules that help RF performance and signal integrity.
What PCB tools do you use for ESP32 / STM32 designs?
My main tool is Altium Designer, but I also work with KiCad and EasyEDA. I’ll deliver the full project/source files plus Gerbers and fabrication outputs so your manufacturer can produce the PCB.
Will I get all manufacturing files for the IoT PCB?
Yes. You receive schematic PDFs, PCB layout files, Gerber and drill files, pick-and-place/centroid files, BOM and any required assembly drawings. This is everything a PCB/assembly house needs to build your board.
How do I choose between the Basic, Standard and Premium packages?
As a rule: • Basic – you already have schematic, I do PCB layout. • Standard – typical IoT node: ESP32/STM32 circuit + schematic + PCB + BOM. • Premium – more complex or industrial IoT device with extra interfaces, layers or stricter requirements.
How do you handle EMI/EMC and reliability for IoT hardware?
I follow EMI/EMC-aware layout practices, proper grounding, filtering and decoupling, and consider creepage/clearance and protection devices where needed. This helps your ESP32/STM32 IoT PCB behave better in real environments and during certification tests.
Can you help if I only have an idea and no technical background?
Yes. Many clients start with just an idea or rough sketch. Tell me what your IoT device should do and in which industry (smart home, medical, industrial, etc.), and I’ll help convert it into a clear ESP32/STM32 hardware concept and recommend the right package.
