Founded and built NovaVision, a SaaS platform for creating and managing online stores for the Argentine market, from product discovery through to production. Took full ownership of technical and business decisions, designing and implementing the complete architecture (frontend, backend, database and infrastructure) using SOLID, Clean Architecture and DDD: Next.js + TypeScript on the frontend, NestJS + Node on the backend, PostgreSQL/Supabase as the primary database, and GraphQL for the API layer. Set up CI/CD pipelines and Docker containerization for reproducible deployments and an agile development cycle. Led full product discovery (MVP, feature roadmap, UX and backlog) and implemented core modules including catalog, cart and checkout, a store admin panel, and multi-tenant authentication.
