FAQ
Will my existing students lose access?
No. Students and their progress transfer, and I schedule the switchover so there's no window where anyone is locked out. If your platforms need overlap for a few days, I'll tell you before we start.
Do my videos transfer, or do I re-upload everything?
They transfer. I move video files, PDFs, worksheets and any other lesson assets. Large libraries may add a day tell me your course count up front and I'll confirm timing.
Will my old links break?
Not on Premium. I set redirects from your old URLs so existing links, emails and social posts still land in the right place. Basic and Standard cover content migration without redirects.
Will my site be down during the migration?
No. I build the new platform alongside your live one and only switch over once everything is tested. Your current site stays up the whole time.
