Managed website design projects from planning to delivery, coordinated team members, communicated with clients, and ensured projects met deadlines and quality standards. When errors occurred, I identified the root cause, prioritized the issue, communicated clearly with the client or team, and worked quickly to resolve and test the solution. I also documented recurring issues to prevent them from happening again. This experience strengthened my skills in project management, problem-solving, client communication, quality control, and web design, which later helped me transition successfully into independent freelancing.
