This gig was handled very quickly. Once I submitted my interest, he got back to me quickly with the custom offer, and the work was completed within 1 day even though we’re in vastly different time zones.

The work never happened. If he let me know what information needs to be shared before accept this work that can avoid the situation. The publisher won't share the account log in information. I ended up set up the author page by myself which doesn't require any account login info. Paid money for no work and even extra time to figure out what's going on.

Patient with my lack of knowledge, went above and beyond to fix things I had done incorrectly, made the process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend. Thank you.
